Clemens Frenzel

Clemens Frenzel leads Department Digitial Solutions for Mechanical Engineering in Volkswagen's Technical Development. He is responsible for tools and methods for mechanical development across the Volkswagen Group, including the one.PLM (3DEXPERIENCE) rollout. He is also driving AI@Mechanical Engineering, bringing multi-agent systems and AI copilots from pilot into productive use in vehicle projects.

Alexandre Poisson

Eng. Alexandre Poisson is a Product Management Leader at Siemens Digital Industries Software with over 20 years of industry experience, driving engineering software innovation since 2015. Since May 2026, Alexandre coordinates Data and Artificial Intelligence activities specifically for Teamcenter, Capital, and Polarion, while collaborating closely with cross-domain peers to contribute to the broader Siemens Xcelerator portfolio strategy, notably framing PLM data enrichment in the Intelligence Center X.
Following his graduation from ESTACA Paris in 2004, Alexandre built a multidimensional foundation across CAE analysis, presales, sales, and marketing, gaining direct, on-the-ground insight into industrial digitalization challenges. After joining Siemens, he focused on embedding simulation into the digital thread, spending five years on the Simcenter portfolio followed by leadership within the Teamcenter Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) product line.
Alexandre bridges software strategy with the real-world operational challenges customers face when deploying and scaling AI, translating complex engineering requirements into scalable enterprise tools. His focus centers on unifying data architectures, operationalizing industrial AI across product lifecycles, and aligning ALM/PLM with the overarching vision of Siemens Xcelerator.

Praveen Cherian

Praveen Cherian is Executive Vice President at Capgemini, where he leads automotive business transformation across the Americas by integrating industry expertise, consulting, and advanced technology solutions. His roles have spanned EV, battery, and connected vehicle programs at companies such as Ford, Canoo, and Electric Last Mile Solutions, and he is known for his scrappy customer-centric mindset. Praveen is a trusted C-Suite advisor on EV and AV technology strategy, holds a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Cincinnati, and serves there as a board member and advisor.

Ubaldo Rodriguez

Ubaldo Rodriguez brings over 25 years of engineering software market expertise to Synera, where he leads revenue strategy and go-to-market execution as Chief Revenue Officer. He specializes in bringing transformative technologies into mainstream adoption across aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing, with previous senior leadership roles at PTC, Agile Software, Ansys, and Altair. At Synera, Ubaldo works with global engineering leaders at organizations to integrate agentic AI into their engineering workflows — helping teams move faster, reduce inefficiency, and accelerate time-to-market.

Andrew Sartorelli

Andrew Sartorelli is Head of Product Management and VP of Software Partnerships at Synera, where he delivers solutions to customer challenges through both internal development and strategic partnerships. Throughout his 15-year journey across engineering software leaders—Autodesk, nTopology, Hexagon, and now Synera—he has evolved from hands-on technical problem-solver to strategic product visionary, developing a unique ability to translate customer needs into effective software solutions.
His engineering foundation (BSc in Mechanical Engineering, University of New Hampshire) combined with his progressive experience across Technical Support, Application Engineering, and Product Management has equipped him with the perfect blend of technical expertise and business acumen to drive results in the global engineering software landscape.

Michael Finocchiaro

Michael "Fino" Finocchiaro is a Franco-American analyst and technology evangelist with over 30 years of experience in PLM, digital twins, and engineering software infrastructure. After senior roles at Dassault Systèmes, IBM, HP, and PTC, he built ThreadMoat.com, the market map of over 1,000 industrial AI and engineering-software startups, and advises manufacturers, software incumbents, and investors on where the stack is heading. He hosts the AI Across the Product Lifecycle podcast, where he has interviewed more than 60 founders, and is a guest author of Building AI Agents for Engineers. He is also the creator of Demystifying PLM.

Rachael Pasini - Moderation

Rachael Pasini is the editor-in-chief of Design World, covering industrial automation technologies, advanced materials, fluid power, additive manufacturing, and more. She also supports engineering leaders and managers in developing and sustaining innovative teams. Rachael holds a master’s degree in civil and environmental engineering and a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from The Ohio State University.
