Ryan Qi
Ryan has 21 years of experience in multiphysics modeling and simulation, strategy, and business development across both industrial and digital domains. At AWS, Ryan is a Principal Worldwide BD/GTM Leader focusing on emerging technologies such as Agentic AI, GenAI, and AI for Simulation. He received his PhD from Texas A&M University and worked for Baker Hughes and GE Global Research before joining AWS.

Dr. Marc-Florian Uth
Dr. Marc-Florian Uth supports complex engineering and R&D organizations across industries including automotive, industrial goods, and medical technology. With a background in computational engineering and extensive experience in enterprise R&D, he works at the intersection of R&D transformation, AI, and scalable product development.
At Synera, Marc focuses on applying agentic AI and workflow automation to reduce engineering bottlenecks and accelerate time to market. He collaborates closely with SVPs of Engineering and CTOs to translate AI capabilities into practical, production-ready solutions, bringing a systems-level perspective on evolving processes, tooling, and organizational models in increasingly complex environments.

Dr. Jakob Lohse
Dr. Jakob Lohse completed his PhD at the Technical University of Berlin in 2017. He subsequently joined NAVASTO, where he specialized in method and process development for CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations. His work in integrating Machine Learning into industrial optimization processes marked his entry into the AI/ML field, which has increasingly become his primary focus. As Product Manager at Autodesk, Dr. Lohse bridges the gap between internal method development and customer needs.

Bruno Finco
Bruno Finco is Co-Founder and CTO of MOVEdot, a company providing AI agents for engineering teams in automotive and industrial environments. His work focuses on turning complex engineering data into autonomous investigations and actionable decisions, reducing dependency on inefficient manual analysis workflows. With 10 years of experience in automotive engineering, Bruno combines hands-on work in vehicle development and data systems with AI architecture to build agent workflows that operate reliably and safely in real engineering environments.

Dr. Nina Korhunova
Dr. Nina Korshunova is an AI leader shaping the future of intelligent engineering systems as Head of AI Engineering at appliedAI. With a background in computational mechanics and a PhD from the Technical University of Munich, she bridges deep physics expertise with cutting-edge artificial intelligence. Previously Director of Technology at Hyperganic and co-founder of DirectFEM, Nina has pioneered simulation-driven generative design and AI-native engineering workflows. Today, she focuses on translating frontier AI into real industrial impact — enabling organizations to move from experimentation to scalable, trustworthy, production-grade AI systems that redefine how engineering is conceived, designed, and built.

Rachael Pasini - Moderation
Rachael Pasini is the editor-in-chief of Design World, covering industrial automation technologies, advanced materials, fluid power, additive manufacturing, and more. She also supports engineering leaders and managers in developing and sustaining innovative teams. Rachael holds a master’s degree in civil and environmental engineering and a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from The Ohio State University.
